Hello! My name is Patty and I blog over at Home and Lifestyle Design.
As part of a six week challenge I redecorated my porch. My porch was in desperate need of an update. I had always loved the romantic vibe of the Shabby Chic style and thought, why not. This is my Shabby Chic Porch. Everything was from found items. The bench is made from and old headboard, the cafe table and chairs were once your standard black color. The wicker chair had been discarded and was in horrible condition. My husband made the trumeau mirror and the coffee table. The pillow is made from an old crochet tablecloth. You can read all about how the porch came together as part of the «One Room Challenge,» by going to the beginning of the first week by going to this address http://www.homeandlifestyledesign.com/2013/10/one-room-challenge-week-1.html There are a total of six weeks where the progress of the porch is revealed. I would love to have you come visit me at Home and LifestyleDesign

Konstandina, I am honored to be featured on your blog today. It was a lot of fun bringing all these discarded items together to make a space that we really enjoy. I hope everyone enjoys our little Shabby Chic porch. Thank you!

I love your shabby chic porch Patty…it is no wonder that it gets lots of attention everywhere!…
The wrought iron aqua/turquoise bistro set is my favorite. I had a wicker chair on the front porch for years. It was perfect for the seasonal decorations.
